The Offseason Strength and Plyometric Prep program at MVVC is designed for HIGH SCHOOL AGE (15-18 year olds) CLUB VOLLEYBALL PLAYERS and will include developing explosive jumping power and technique. Participants will also establish overall strength.
The program will prepare athletes to compete at the high school level as well as laying the groundwork of playing at the collegiate level. Athletes are closely supervised as Coach Davidson takes them through the training session with a priority on proper jumping & landing mechanics alongside weight lifting technique.
