2024 MVVC Summer College Athlete Performance Training
NOTE:  This is for College Age BOYS and GIRLS ONLY.  
 
College Athlete Performance Training Program designed for current and returning athletes to prepare for their upcoming collegiate school year. We will focus on higher intensity strength and conditioning methods that will include Plyometrics, Olympic Weight lifting variations and lower and upper body strength.  Prehab exercises will also be included to help reduce the chances of injury.  
 
Open to all college volleyball athletes (both incoming college freshman and returning players back for the summer).  
 
60 min sessions.  
 
The fee to participate is $600 and will include 32 hours of strength and conditioning methods that include plyometrics with experienced collegiate level trainer, Davidson Wong.
 
DATES:  Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from June 5 to August 14.  All times are 4-5pm.
 
Sessions will be held in the Strength Training Area at MVVC.
