The State of Oregon has established a mandatory retirement savings plan, OregonSaves, being phased in for employers of all sizes. This enables all Oregonians to have a way to save for retirement, even if their employer does not offer a retirement savings plan. As a trusted advisor, it is important that you know about this plan and can share some basics with your customers.
