WANTED: Retail Specialists & Service Assistants

Rin Robyn Pools®, an award winning specialty retailer with stores in Bernardsville, Hackettstown, and a new location coming soon in Chester, NJ is looking to hire retail specialists & service assistants. We offer an exciting, team-oriented environment. If you’re passionate about learning and boosting our customer service while having fun, this is the job for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Specialists:
- Running the Point of Sale (POS) register.
- Assisting our customers with questions, answering the phone, and processing special orders.
- Running water tests with our state-of-the-art computerized water testing lab equipment.
- Maintain store appearance, merchandise items, stock new items, inventory control.

Service Assistants:

- Clean Pools & Spas

- Lift 50lbs

- Administer pool chemicals

- Be able to drive a company vehicle

Qualifications:

Retail Specialists:
- Previous customer service or Point of Sale experience preferred, but not required.
- Weekday & Weekend Availability (flexible with advance notice).
- Availability for two days of training.

- Vehicle, may be required to work at both locations.
- Positive attitude.

Service Assistants:

- Valid Driver's License

- Weekday Availability

- Hard worker

- Able and willing to follow directions

- Coffee and bottled water in the “break” room.
- Weekly pizza, donuts, or other snacks.
- Possibility to return for seasonal work the following summer and/or move into full time year round employment with Rin Robyn Pools® or one of its affiliated sister companies.
