Professional Membership Group Application
Thank you for your interest in joining or renewing a membership in one of SCHA's professional membership groups. Please complete the application below to join/renew for 2024. You have the option of sending a check for payment or paying during the application process with a credit card.

Memberships for non hospital employees are handled on a case by case basis. Please contact Kim Wooten if you are a non hospital employee or vendor to determine eligibility. Vendors are eligible to join SCSHSC (Supply Chain) and SCASHRM_AHQ (Risk Management & Healthcare Quality) . If you are a vendor and are not eligible for membership but would like to be added to our distrubution list for events, please contact Kim Wooten.
